Fuuinjutsu
Fuuinjutsu is a type of jutsu that allows the user to seal people, objects, and pretty much anything. Though most seals come with a price and aren't easy to sustain or use. Here is a quick run down of it: Fūinjutsu (封印術; Literally meaning "Sealing Techniques") are a type of jutsu that seal objects, living beings, chakra, along with a wide variety of other things within another object.
Restrictions:
-You must be of Commander rank to use Fuuinjutsu
-You must have the approval of 2 rp moderators
-After gaining approval you must be trained by a sensei from your clan that knows Fuuijutsu.
-You may only use Fuuinjutsu twice per battle, and when you do use it, you lose a great deal of chakra and are greatly weakened.
