Custom Element Submission

1. Submit all CE here 
   
2. The user must be of General rank to submit a custom jutsu. Any other ranks must have 2 mods approval and an admin.
   
3. Any spam in this thread will result in a 3 day ban and will cause the user to not be allowed to submit any customs for 1 month
   
4. When submitting a custom element please use the correct template and make sure that this element can actually be used in the narutoverse. I.e no "Einsteinium release" or "Black hole release" got it?
   
5. No elemental variant like "Hot water" or "Arctic Wind"
   
6. Editing saying approved after a mod declines is Forbiden
   
7. Do not bother any staff about CE. They will get to it once they get to it. 
   
8. Once your CE is approved, edit the CE post with the jutsu under your example jutsu
   
9. You may only have 2 CE, if you have a Custom KG you can only have 1 CE w/ it
   
10. You may NOT drop a CE
    
11. In order to teach a CE, you must be of Commander rank or higher
    
12. All Staff have the final say on every custom element and jutsu that is submitted. DO NOT ARGUE
    
13. All CE must have a weakness
    
14. By submitting a CE, you agree to the above.

Ex: Water + Fire + Wind

Weaknesses:
List a weakness and explain why it's a weakness
Ex:  Wind: would blow clouds away
Fire: evaporates the particles

Strengths:
List the strengths and explain why it's a strength
Ex: Lightning: Disrupts lightning due to the charges of a cloud and sends the lightning into the clouds
Water: Clouds can evaporate water and then wind can condense it to make the clouds bigger

Description of element:
Describe the element, how it works and prove why it's possible in manga context
Ex: Clouds are composed of evaporated water that has condensed in the atmosphere. Fire's heat would evaporate the water, which would then condense in the air or at any altitude with wind release.

English name: Sound Release
Elements that make it: Wind + Yin
Effects: It cause the air to vibrate in waves of either high or low frequency producing sound that can be used for multiple effects such as burst an opponents ear drums, causing plant life to die around the user and much more. 
Weaknesses: Wind: Sound needs a medium to pass through, if a huge blast of wind clashed with sound waves, the blast would make sound useless 
Strengths: Water/Earth: Sound travels faster through solid and liquids. 
Description of element:  Sound is formed by the oscillation of pressure through a medium, usually air. There have been sound techniques, none of which were the product of elemental techniques, though all of them were instrument based. Applying the form creating aspect of Yin Release to Wind Release could act in a way to change the nature of the wind into vibrating waves

Description: The user simply begins whistling. The whistle is of either of really high frequency. All who hear the tune begin feeling sleepy since the whistle is packed with Yin energy and the area becomes looking like "Death". The plant life begins to die out, the skies darken and if used while in a room or building , the paint begins to loose it's color and cobwebs start to form all over the terrain. However, while this is active the user can't use another technique or the whistle's effect will where off and the opponent/target will wake up(The terrain still looks dead).This can only be used thrice a battle.

Description: The user firstly creates a layer of chakra over their ears and then instantly causes 1 Soundwave to become 20 times as big. The Soundwaves causes massive concussive damage and could even make an opponent deaf.

Description: The user channels sound chakra to their ear, darastically increasing the hearing. The user can hear things up to 20m. This allows the user to cancel sounds out, hear thing from front and behind and determine if targets are approaching her and how many. The use can fight with his eyes closed.

Description: The user channels Sound chakra to their arm  to amplify the sound waves from arm movements to attack his opponent. By generating enough sound, the user can use his chakra to redirect the waves in midair to his intended target. By damaging the victim's inner ear, the victim is rendered off-balance and nauseous.  the sound drill can also be directed through water weight to similar effect. Therefore the greater fat index an opponent has, the more they are affected by this.

Description: The user thrusts his hands in the intended direction and can control sound pressure creating supersonic blasts of sound. These blasts are powerful enough to destroy stone, and can also be used to soften the ground.

Description: The user thrusts his hands in the intended direction and can control sound pressure. The user then releases out a gigantic blast of sound that is capable of leveling the surrounding area, wiping out anything in its path. This is a stronger counterpart to decapitating airwaves.
