Phoenix Summon Contract

-History-Back in the day's when Tenshu Uchiha was still a young shinobi he was heading home from battle with his remaining squad members when he decided to venture off a different way to test his new found ability the Mangeyko Sharingan. Leaving his squad mates behind he ventured off making sure to geet a lot of distance between him and them seeing as use of this Dojutsu was forbidden amongst members of his rank. Upon traveling for a few hours he noticed the sky ahead of him was darker than the surrounding area and what seemed like a giant red bird was in the mix. Thinking it was shinobi battling he wanted in and activated his Sharingan (3 T) and rushed to the area.
Upon arriving there he noticed there was only one chakra source that of the bird and that it was the thing creating the storm. Wanting a good fight he attacked the bird with multiple fire jutsu but it seemed to not phase the animal one bit. Enraged the Phoenix dove down and a battle ensued between them. After what seemed like hours passed Tenshu activated his M.S. and began gaining the upper hand. A few more moments had passed and Tenshu finally got the giant bird with a carefully timed Amaterasu, severely burning the bird. At that moment the bird screamed and yelled at Tenshu, saying that if he would stop the flames he would pledge loyalty to the young shinobi for many years to come. Not really hearing the proposition just surprised the animal spoke he quickly seald the undying black flames, and deactivated his dojutsu. The Phoenix who introduced himself as Sochi No Faia (Son of Fire) then took Tenshu to see the Great Phoenix Elder, who was surprised to hear he had defeated the young Phoenix. After a few months of training along side them, and learning about their history Tenshu was then considered one of their own. From that moment on Tenshu has been the holder of the Phoenix Contract, and considered a brother amongst the Phoenix.

-Not all people who sign the contract auto get a summoning tattoo. Summoning tattoo's will be granted only to those who complete a battle test given by
The DeadMau5-Must have permission from
The DeadMau5 (via VM/PM) and must be trained for each summon to be able to use it.
-Signers must have at least started Fire Release training to be considered a signer.
-Contract owner/ Creator (
The DeadMau5) reserve the right to strip any signers of summon if misused.
-Must be at least private rank to sign this contract.
-Summons of this contract will not attack on another during a fight. (Only during training purposes with contract holder present)
-By default a signer can summon a Phoenix to use. (Phoenix can't do any jutsu, and last only 2 turn's. It can only withstand up to B rank attack's before disapating.)
